Last Updated: 23 December 2025
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://acsp.vip (the "Website") and any services provided through it (the "Services").
The Website and Services are operated by Fundsure Limited (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 12804657. Our registered office is at 3rd Floor, 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London, England, W1S 4JL.
We are an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House (ACSP Registration Number: AP003554) and supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering purposes (AML Registration Number: XKML00000206994).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or by purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or our Services.
Continued use following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Services
We provide remote identity verification services for company directors, Persons with Significant Control (PSCs), and other relevant individuals, as required under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. This includes issuing verification statements or codes upon successful checks.
We also offer related services, including (but not limited to):
Company incorporation and formation
Filing confirmation statements and other documents with Companies House
Changes to company officers or details
Other compliance-related filings
Services are provided remotely on a non-advised, execution-only basis. We act as your agent for submitting information to Companies House where applicable.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Services. By using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Orders, Payment, and Pricing
Orders are placed through the Website and require payment in full in advance via our provided payment methods.
Prices are as displayed on the Website (inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated) and may include promotional offers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to suspected fraud, AML concerns, or incomplete/invalid information), with a full refund if payment has been taken.
5. Provision of Services
Identity verification requires uploading identity documents, proof of address (where applicable), and a live selfie/video.
We conduct checks using identity document validation technology (IDVT) and other methods in compliance with AML regulations and Companies House standards.
Upon success, we issue a verification statement or code for use with Companies House.
There is no guarantee of successful verification or acceptance by Companies House, as this depends on the quality, validity, and authenticity of your submitted information and documents.
Services are typically processed quickly, but delays may occur due to additional checks or factors beyond our control.
We may use trusted third-party providers for verification checks and filings, and you authorise us to share your data with them as necessary.
6. Your Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information and genuine documents.
Ensure all documents belong to the individual being verified.
Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering requirements.
Notify us immediately of any errors or changes.
You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from false, inaccurate, forged, or incomplete submissions, including rejection by Companies House, regulatory penalties, or legal action.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations before we commence processing (e.g., before document review or checks begin) qualify for a full refund.
Once processing has started, fees are non-refundable, even if verification or filing is unsuccessful.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
No refunds for successfully completed Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, logos, images, software) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Uses

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses (including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service.
We are not liable for decisions or actions by Companies House, third-party providers, or delays outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data (including special category data such as biometric information) in accordance with UK GDPR and our separate Privacy Policy (available at https://acsp.vip/privacy-policy). You consent to such processing as necessary for delivering the Services, conducting AML checks, and sharing data with Companies House, our supervisors, or third-party verification providers.
Data is securely stored, encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained only as required by law (e.g., up to 7 years for AML records).
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services immediately if you breach these Terms, raise AML concerns, or at our reasonable discretion.
